VOLT Lighting offers factory-direct and professional-level landscape lighting products straight to contractors and consumers. Using both a B2B and direct-to-consumer business model meant a lot of information needed to be available to a wide set of potential customers online but in a personalized and easy to navigate manner. VOLT required a solution that was capable of supporting their growing customer base from both areas, and portray their products in a manner that was authentic to everyday situations. Echidna was delighted to implement Kibo Commerce Cloud and updated the user experience to create a more engaging and efficient online business.
