As a Client Partner, you are the primary point of contact and highest escalation point for our clients. Client Partners are responsible for the general relationship management of existing Echidna accounts, which includes: customer support/satisfaction, account retention/growth, and project delivery oversight.

    Client Satisfaction

    Delivery
    • Monitor project progress from the Project Manager and deliver planned, regular, and effective external facing communication of status, issues, risks, and actions to clients, partners, and internal project stakeholders
    • Lead the project kickoff meeting
    • Establish and publish the communication protocol via the Client Communication Plan
    • Facilitate the project discovery process
    • Approve key deliverables and ensure quality BEFORE client submission
    • Coordinate/Facilitate client deliverable reviews and obtain approval
    • Facilitate/Control the Change Management Process

    Reporting and Administration
    • Communicate account information/health using the CP Account Update template
    • Mitigate (and escalate – if necessary) any issues that will negatively affect the CP KPIs to the Sr. Director of Client Management in a timely manner following the Escalation Process defined in this presentation and in the Internal Communication Plan
    • Track and Manage the invoice schedule from the SOW in the CP Account Report
    Prior project management experience for software/application development projects is very strongly preferred, and prior experience working remotely with offshore development teams and C-suite level clients in multiple time zones is required. Leadership and clear communication and collaboration skills are an absolute must to be effective in this role. Prior sales experience is also strongly preferred. Some travel may be required on occasion, but work will be performed primarily at home (if located outside of the Minneapolis area) or a mix of home and office (if located within the Minneapolis area).

The Business Development Representative is the first point of contact with our prospective clients conveying our value proposition and understanding prospects' initiatives and goals, which can also include educating them on eCommerce best practices.     • Manage and foster relationships with Senior executive level and understand industry trends and issues.
    • Generates new opportunities through a high volume of prospect contacting (email, phone, events) for the full suite of Echidna services and products
    • Qualifying inbound leads to turn prospects into opportunities
    • Part of your day-to-day responsibilities will be to successfully manage potential opportunities which include: proper follow up with prospects, communicating thought-leadership in the space, offering valuable industry education, putting forward fresh ideas for prospects to improve performance, engaging with proper Echidna resources as needed to have discussions with prospects.
