Echidna Has Opened Up Calendar for Digital Journey Maturity Meetings

Echidna, a leading digital agency that provides expertise around building digital strategy, user experience, and e-commerce systems announced today that they are accepting meetings from companies interested in improving their e-commerce operational efforts.

These complimentary thirty minute Digital Journey Maturity Meetings will be led by Echidna executives and e-commerce experts, Mike Pierce and Michael Braun. Both Mike and Michael bring years of experience from a business, design, and technology perspective. Before joining Echidna, Mike Pierce managed teams at Walmart to develop and support Walmart’s flagship e-commerce properties: Walmart.com, Samsclub.com and ASDA.com. He went on to assume the position of CIO at Teleflora, overseeing a 100+ IT team supporting thousands of online storefronts during years of double-digit e-commerce growth. Over his career, Mike has helped dozens of companies transform and innovate to compete in today’s evolving digital economy. Michael Braun brings over two decades of user experience expertise, working to create digital experiences for clients. He previously worked at Accenture, leading the Usability & Design Team for Best Buy to guide and design their digital experiences. Before that, he worked with Best Buy leading a team to conceive and design omni-channel digital experiences.

Mike says of the meetings, “The goal of this thirty-minute meeting is to understand your strategy, share relevant insights and practical advice, and help you craft a plan to move from strategic intent to tactical execution. Echidna’s Digital Journey Maturity Model looks beyond technology to consider all aspects of your business and its collective contribution to continued success. Our goal is to help you succeed in digital markets by creating a machine you can manage and deliver your customers the experiences that stand out from the noise of wannabe competition. We also know you can’t just put existing business initiatives on-hold to undertake huge and costly transformational projects. Transformations are not single events. They result from an ongoing dedication to process maturity and collaborative engagement; journeys filled with changing landscapes, competitive forces, and innovation opportunities that every business must be agile enough to seize, defend against, and derive real value from."

Michael adds, “Innovation and digital transformation itself needs to be driven by measurable successes; it is imperative when digitally maturing a brand. The Digital Journey Maturity Model empowers our clients to find their measurable success.”
